The Espresso Trapp
For our dark roast and espresso fans. We roast this dark but not so dark that the beans get oily or smoky tasting. This coffee works great in your favorite espresso drink or just as a dark roast coffee. If you’ve been to the Celibeth House B&B, this coffee is featured there as their Black Bear roast.

I’m not a huge dark roast fan, but this one takes the cake. I don’t think anyone would disagree, this stands leaps and bounds over your generic columbian or sumatra. While it is a dark roast, with notes of chocolate as is typical, it also brings hints of cinnamon, and carmel. It’s got a medium body, and has a pleasant bold taste.

I LOVE Dark Roast coffee and believe it or not a good ‘Dark Roast’ is hard to find! I tried this on a whim at a Farmers Market and it is now a staple in my home. I usually buy 2 16oz bags at a time and they last me 3 weeks. When comparing the prices to those in the store this is much more affordable and fresh! Even Folgers Dark Roast is getting obnoxiously high in price and the taste does not even compare! You never know how long a bag or container have been sitting on the shelf. These lovely people label all bags to inform you when the beans were roasted! (HOW AWESOME IS THAT?!?) I feel so spoiled having this in my kitchen and in my cup every morning.
This is the way coffee is suppose to taste!
