Trip the Light Fantastic
For me and many other coffee fans, Ethiopian coffee is something special. It has the ability to bring unique fruity and floral aromas and tastes that not many other coffees can. This natural processed Sidama is no different. We keep the roast light to bring out the sweetness. This one has subtle blueberry notes along with some hints of dark chocolate. You’ll recognize it immediately as an Ethiopian based on the aroma and taste. Very smooth and drinkable.

I love a good light roast. This one is no different. As the coffee cools in the cup, it really brings out notes of carmel and persimmon.
